Brett was raised in Minot, North Dakota. In his early years, he watched his father and grandfather work in a customer-service business and developed an interest in establishing a community service business also. He graduated from Minot High School and enjoyed playing hockey for the next two years until beginning his college career at Minot State University. Brett owned a small lawn and landscaping company (Lawn Boys) for many years until moving to Fargo in 1998 where he completed his four year Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering in 2003 from North Dakota State University.
After graduation from college, Brett decided to pursue a position with the ND Department of Transportation (ND DOT) in the Devils Lake and Valley City Districts for the next four years. After leaving the DOT, Brett began Accelerated Green Works in 2006 and based the new company out of West Fargo, North Dakota.
Today, the company is still based in the West Fargo area and is operating out of a new 10,000 SF facility built in 2012.
Jodi (Ziegelman) Kallias

Jodi was raised in Greenfield, Minnesota. In her early years, she grew up hunting and fishing in central North Dakota with her dad and brother. She also played basketball and softball throughout high school and competed in shooting sports and a local 4-H program. Working for her parents in the summer months, Jodi learned to specialize in shrub and perennial maintenance over the years. She graduated from Delano High School in 2006 and moved to Fargo-Moorhead to pursue a degree in Architecture at North Dakota State University. Jodi worked for NDSU, the City of Fargo and a local Architecture firm throughout her time in college, and graduated in 2011 with a Masters of Architecture, minor in Landscape Architecture and emphasis in Architectural Photography. She now lives in Moorhead, Minnesota, with her dog, a Fox Red Lab named Penny.
Jodi has been with Accelerated Green Works since the summer of 2010 and now works full-time managing the office and working with clients to design their new landscape master plans. She also works in the field with different crews throughout the season as needed.
Christopher Lang

Chris was born and raised in North Dakota. He has lived in several towns across the state, but graduated from Mandan High School in 2004. He currently pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering at North Dakota State University.
Chris has been with Accelerated Green Works since the fall of 2011 and manages a crew of 4 to 6 other employees throughout the summer months. He specializes in hardscape, fence and decking installation and was also largely responsible for the steel building assembly at AGW’s new location in West Fargo in the spring of 2012.
Eric Lehmann

Eric was born in raised in Wahpeton, North Dakota. He grew up hunting and fishing in eastern North Dakota and also competed in wrestling and football throughout high school. He won the State Championship in wrestling both his junior and senior year.
Eric began his landscaping career at Dean’s Landscaping in Wahpeton in 2008. He specialized in hardscape construction (i.e. paver patios and block retaining walls). In 2011, Eric moved to Fargo-Moorhead to pursue a degree in Elementary Education at Minnesota State University of Moorhead. He began working part-time at AGW in January of 2013 to assist with snow removal.
Eric joined AGW full-time in August 2013. His crew’s main focus is final grading, irrigation and hardscape installation. He has also started working with clients to design their new landscape master plans and assist in the bidding process.
Holly Pohlman

Holly was born and raised in Hunter, North Dakota. Holly graduated high school in 1976 and pursued careers in both Banking and Dentistry from 1977 to 2020.
Holly now lives with her husband in Horace. She has three children and enjoys spending time with her kids and their kids. She also loves her mystery trips on the Pink Bus!
Holly joined AGW full-time in July 2020. She is in charge of processing client proposals for all things billing!
Michelle Schlepp

Michelle was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Michelle graduated high school in 1993 and pursued a career in Pharmacy from 1997 to 2021. She is married with two children and enjoys the outdoors and being with her family. That family also includes two fur babies, Mila and Charley.
Michelle joined AGW full-time in August 2021. She is in charge of managing the office and employee paperwork. Michelle will also assist with client file maintenance and creating documents that contain details for our crews to complete your project well!
